For ever Pink

For Ever Pink is a continuous partnership with Dymphne EJR Joosten in a life long commitment for a sculptural garden in Rotterdam, NL

Which includes the “She decided to go, and the rose disappeared from her cheek-bones”, 2015 and other gestures in the garden.

plaster, 50cmx50cmx 12 cm (inserted in between the tiles used as a possible pond for birds)

Flowers: hydrangeas, feathers, poppy, bamboo, a tree with pink flowers, climbing hydrangea, wild flowers that invite insects and butterflies

Cement tiles in two tones of grey that the impression or water remains even in dry days 60cmx60cm

Sometimes visiting a place is different than once imagined, walking the Garden and follow the next step of making, see th flowers which were chosen with care made me realise that drawing, planting, caring are so similar.
